About the Role A hands-on digital marketer who can independently own SEO and social media execution, Paid Ads and align with the BD (Sales & Marketing) team to drive Digital Visibility, Branding & quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

- Execute on-page (keywords, meta tags, internal linking), off-page (backlinks, outreach), and technical SEO (audits, site speed, indexing, schema)
- Track rankings and organic traffic; report and optimize

Social Media & Content Calendar

- Plan, schedule, and publish across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
- Maintain a content calendar; track engagement and performance

Content Guidance

- Brief and guide content writers on SEO (keywords, structure, search intent)
- Review content for SEO and brand alignment before publishing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Align campaigns and SEO activities with the BD (Sales & Marketing) team for consistent brand messaging, Digital Footprint and better lead generation

Good to Have

- Google Ads / paid campaign experience
- Hands-on with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)

What We're Looking For





- 5–7 years in digital marketing with hands-on SEO and social media ownership
- Working knowledge of SEO/analytics tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush/Ahrefs) and social schedulers

Proven track record of executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO independently

- Experience managing and publishing to a structured social media/content calendar
- Comfortable guiding writers on SEO fundamentals without needing to write content yourself
- Experience collaborating with sales/BD teams to align marketing output with business goals
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz, and social media schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Exposure to Google Ads/paid campaigns and email marketing tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a B2B, SaaS, or industrial/technical domain is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales/BD Valuable communication skills; B2B/industrial background a plus

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
