Job Title: Senior Mobile DevOps / Platform Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in mobile CI/CD, build automation, cloud infrastructure, and release engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reliable production-grade CI/CD systems for iOS and Android, while leveraging automation and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build Engineering, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Mobile DevOps, including building and maintaining production-grade CI/CD pipelines for both iOS and Android.
- Strong command of CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab CI or similar platforms, including pipeline-as-code and build automation.
- Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code or similar AI-powered development tools, with a demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate software delivery.
- Robust scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or equivalent scripting languages.
- Experience automating build, test, deployment, and release workflows.
- Working knowledge of Mac build agents,



Apple code signing, provisioning profiles, and mobile application submission processes.
- Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store release and submission processes.
- Experience integrating quality and security gates into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, code coverage, and secret scanning.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized build/test environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS; experience with Amazon EKS is a plus.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools, with Dynatrace experience considered a plus.
- Familiarity with feature management platforms, particularly LaunchDarkly, is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex build, test, deployment, and release pipelines.

Good to Have
- Experience integrating AI agents into CI/CD and build pipelines.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted merge request/code reviews.
- Experience using AI for automated pipeline failure triage.
- Experience using AI to generate automated test scaffolding.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted release note generation.
- Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and highly automated mobile release engineering practices.
