About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to lead the design and development of innovative home textile collections for international markets. The ideal candidate should possess solid design expertise, trend forecasting abilities, product development knowledge, and a deep understanding of home textile manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop seasonal and customer-specific home textile collections, including:

- Table Linen

·
- Kitchen Textiles

·
- Bed Linen

·
- Curtains

·
- Cushions

- Research international design trends, color forecasts, and market requirements.

- Create original artwork, patterns, prints, weaves, and product concepts.

- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, technical sheets, and product specifications.

- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.

- Work closely with customers and buyers to understand briefs and translate them into commercially successful products.

- Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and artwork before production.

- Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.

- Drive continuous innovation in design, materials,



techniques, and product development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree , Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in home textile design, preferably within an export-oriented manufacturing workplace.

- Strong portfolio showcasing home textile collections and product development.

Proficiency in

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator / Equivalent Textile Design Software

- Strong understanding of textile printing, weaving, embroidery and finishing techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Knowledge of European, US, and other export markets.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
