About Secure Innovative

Secure Creative Solutions LLP designs and manufactures Physical Security, Entrance Control and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solutions for critical infrastructure, defence, airports, data centres, government and commercial projects.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in mechanical product design, new product development and engineering solutions. The candidate will manage products from concept and design through prototype, testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept to production.
- Design and develop HVM, security, hydraulic and electro-mechanical products.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, 2D manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
- Design sheet-metal, fabricated, welded and machined components.
- Perform basic mechanical, load, strength and component-sizing calculations.
- Design/integrate hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves and hydraulic circuits.
- Coordinate prototyping, testing, validation and product improvements.
- Support crash testing, certification and compliance activities.
- Work with Production, Quality, Procurement and Projects teams to resolve design/manufacturing issues.
- Apply DFMA, value engineering and cost optimization.




- Improve existing products for performance, reliability and serviceability.
- Maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, revisions and Engineering Change Notes (ECN).

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical product design & development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of sheet-metal, heavy fabrication, welding, CNC machining, laser cutting and bending.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and power packs.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical/structural calculations.
- Knowledge of ANSYS/FEA will be an advantage.
- Product testing/certification experience preferred.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Ideal Candidate A hands-on mechanical design professional capable of independently converting customer requirements or concepts into manufacturable, tested and commercially viable products.

Experience in HVM/crash-rated products, hydraulic systems, heavy fabrication and product development will be a strong advantage.
