Job Title: Senior Creative - Video Production & Graphic Design (AI-Integrated)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly versatile, forward-thinking Senior Creative who can seamlessly bridge the worlds of Video Production and Graphic Design. This role is built for a master visual storyteller who is equally comfortable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and at the design desk.

The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive mastery across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and actively leverages cutting-edge AI tools to optimize workflows, elevate production value, and accelerate content creation. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across multiple mediumsfrom scripting, shooting, and editing engaging video content (employee engagement, podcasts, social reels) to creating high-impact graphic design assets.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing (~60%)

- End-to-End Production: Handle the full lifecycle of video projects, including concept development, storyboarding, scripting, shooting, audio recording, lighting setup, editing, and color grading.
- Employee Engagement Content: Concept and produce internal videos that celebrate our culture, highlight employee stories, and drive internal communications and engagement.
- Social-First Video Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-energy, fast-paced Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content tailored for maximum engagement.
- Podcast Production: Manage multi-camera setups, audio engineering, and editing for corporate podcasts, including creating snackable, audiogram-style promo clips.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Design custom lower-thirds, title cards, and thumbnails. Bring static designs to life with smooth transitions, logo animations, and animated typography using After Effects.
- AI-Enhanced Video Workflows: Utilize generative AI features (e.g., text-based editing, AI audio restoration, generative fill/extend, and automated transcriptions) to drastically cut down turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

Graphic & Design (~40%)
- Brand Identity & Asset Creation: Design high-end marketing collateral, digital banners, presentation decks, and internal branding materials that adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
- AI-Driven Design Innovation: Implement advanced generative AI tools (like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent) for asset generation, rapid concept prototyping, background extension, and upscale rendering.
- Visual Problem Solving: Translate complex conceptual ideas into clean, intuitive, and visually stunning layouts.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Ecosystem Mastery: Full Adobe Creative Cloud

- Expert-Level Design: Absolute mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator for advanced layout,



image manipulation, and vector creation.
- Advanced Video & Audio Suite: High proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition for seamless editing, motion graphics, and audio polishing.
- Broad Adobe Knowledge: Familiarity and comfort using ancillary Adobe ecosystem apps (e.g., Media Encoder, Lightroom, Bridge) to maintain a highly organized, efficient asset pipeline.

Advanced AI Capabilities
- Deep understanding of how to responsibly and effectively integrate Generative AI into design and video pipelines (e.g., using AI for rapid storyboarding, texture generation, automated rotoscoping, and voice enhancements).
- Ability to prompt, refine, and polish AI-generated assets to ensure they meet skilled studio and corporate branding standards.

Video Production Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience operating professional mirrorless/cinema cameras, lighting rigs, and audio equipment (lapels, shotguns, studio mics).
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

General Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a dual video/design role, corporate creative team, or creative agency environment.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to script videos and direct internal "talent" (employees and leadership) comfortably during shoots.

- Future-Proof Creative: A continuous learner who stays ahead of industry trends, constantly testing new AI models and plugin updates to keep the organization's creative output cutting-edge.
- The "Directors" Touch: Ability to make non-professional on-camera talent feel comfortable, confident, and authentic in front of the lens.
- Detail-Oriented: A perfectionists eye for both a pixel-perfect layout and a perfectly timed audio cut

Preferences

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably BFA from a reputed institution)
- Communication design / graphic design - Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Photography & Video Production - Technical proficiency in handling Camera and related equipment and proficient with Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Fine art / visual art – Basic sketching, Illustrations & storyboarding skills
- Work experience of at least 2-3 year in video editing
