About Creator Chart & the role

Creator Chart is hiring a Senior Content Strategist who thinks beyond content execution. If you instinctively break down why content works, spot storytelling patterns, and understand how creators build authority, you’ll fit right in.

This is a strategy-first role. You’ll shape how content is conceptualised, built, and scaled across Creator Chart and our clients.

You’ll own and evolve our Content Playbook, defining how content moves from idea to distribution and performance. You’ll work closely with the Founder’s Office to build content strategies, test new formats, and design scalable storytelling systems.

We’re looking for someone who is structured, observant, creatively sharp, and deeply curious about the professional creator ecosystem- someone who can influence strategy while guiding execution.

What you'll do

Client & Creator Content Strategy

- Lead ideation and content strategy for assigned creators and clients.
- Translate client goals, positioning, and audience insights into strong content directions.
- Develop hooks, narratives, scripts, and post concepts tailored to each creator’s voice and business objectives.
- Run planning and review discussions with clients and ensure content aligns with their growth and brand goals.

Creator Chart Brand Content & Thought Leadership

- Own ideation, copy, and storytelling for Creator Chart’s internal content across platforms.
- Develop strategic narratives that position Creator Chart as a strong voice in the creator and content strategy ecosystem.
- Plan and execute brand content, including posts, carousels, videos, and long-form storytelling.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all Creator Chart content.

Content Systems, Planning & Performance

- Manage content calendars for both client and internal content streams.
- Build and refine content playbooks, templates, and workflow systems.




- Track performance metrics and convert insights into content improvements.
- Stay updated on platform trends, storytelling formats, and creator ecosystem shifts.

Team Oversight & Execution Excellence

- Guide interns and junior team members on ideation, copy quality, and execution standards.
- Review content deliverables to ensure clarity, quality, and platform relevance.
- Coordinate with design, video, and distribution teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Who you are Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, social media management, or creator-focused roles.
- Strong ability to write scripts, hooks, short-form content, and thought-leadership style long-form content.
- Solid understanding of platform dynamics & content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into transparent and actionable strategies.
- Working knowledge of Canva, InShot, or similar content creation/editing tools (or the ability to quickly learn).
- Comfortable managing client relationships, timelines, and expectations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from ideation to execution.
- Understanding of SEO basics, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, video, and marketing teams.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a startup, agency, or creator-led environment.




- Interest in personal branding, professional creator ecosystems, or knowledge-driven content businesses.
- Understanding of content repurposing strategies across multiple platforms and formats.
- Familiarity with intermediate video editing or motion tools.
- Experience contributing to content playbooks, brand guidelines, or workflow documentation.

Bonus Points If:

- You’ve worked with an established creator or brand before.
- You know how to turn long-form conversations into clips or micro-content.
- You’re comfortable using AI tools for ideation or editing.
- You’ve used tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, or After Effects.

Growth Trajectory:

Months 1–2:

- Understand Creator Chart’s positioning, creator portfolio, and content performance benchmarks.
- Audit existing creator and internal content to identify gaps and scale opportunities.
- Contribute to high-impact ideation and storytelling direction for key creators and internal brand content.
- Identify improvements in workflows, quality standards, and content systems.

Months 3-4:

- Own content strategy and execution for select creators, platforms, or verticals.
- Translate creator and business goals into structured, scalable content plans.
- Strengthen the Content Playbook with improved frameworks, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead performance reviews and optimise content based on insights.
- Mentor interns or junior contributors on ideation and content quality.

Months 5-6:

- Operationalise the Content Playbook across teams.Lead multi-platform content planning across creators and Creator Chart’s internal brand.
- Act as a strategic partner to creators while improving content efficiency and consistency.
- Support onboarding and development of junior team members.

By the end of 6 months,

- Independently lead content strategy across creators and internal brand initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve the Content Playbook as the core content operating system.
- Drive measurable improvements in visibility, engagement, and content performance.
