USA CONTENT SCRIPTWRITER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a highly skilled USA Content Scriptwriter & Social Media Manager to join our content team.

This is a senior-level role. Scriptwriting will be the core responsibility, so the ideal candidate must be exceptionally robust in research, storytelling, audience psychology, hooks, retention, and platform-specific content creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will create engaging, research-driven content for a USA-based audience across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.

Our main content areas include:

- Personal finance and money psychology
- Investing and wealth-building
- Business and entrepreneurship
- Consumer behavior and lifestyle
- Productivity and self-improvement
- Trending USA-based topics
- Educational and infotainment content

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write highly engaging short-form and long-form scripts for a USA audience
- Create powerful hooks within the first few seconds
- Develop strong storylines, open loops, emotional triggers, and retention patterns
- Convert complex finance and business topics into simple, engaging content
- Conduct accurate research using reliable USA-based sources
- Ensure all financial content is educational, ethical, fact-checked, and not misleading
- Write voiceover-ready scripts with clear pacing and natural spoken language
- Create content ideas, series concepts, titles, captions, and content angles




- Build and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, competitors, and platform updates
- Track analytics such as watch time, retention, reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Manage comments, audience engagement, and community growth
- Continuously improve content based on performance data

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven expertise in USA-focused content creation
- Advanced scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of finance, personal finance, investing, business, and money psychology
- Excellent knowledge of American culture, language, audience behavior, and content preferences
- Experience writing for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
- Strong research, fact-checking, and information-verification skills
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content growth strategies
- Ability to write content that is clear, conversational, emotional, and highly engaging
- Strong English grammar, vocabulary, and spoken-language writing style
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
- Experience with tools such as Google Docs,



Notion, ChatGPT, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
