Pocket FM is one of the world's largest audio storytelling platforms, with millions of listeners across genres like romance, fantasy, thriller, and drama. We're expanding into new visual formats- including Pocket Toons and AI-generated micro-drama content, bringing our storytelling universe to life through comics, animated series, and short-form video.

About the role:

We're hiring a Team Lead to own pre-production visual development and episodic quality control for our micro-drama shows. This role sits between creative direction and production execution- you'll define the visual language for characters and environments, then make sure every final edit meets that standard before delivery.

What you'll do:

- Lead visual direction for micro-drama projects- characters, environments, backgrounds, key story props
- Translate scripts into visual concepts and maintain clear visual bibles for each show
- Maintain design continuity from episode to episode
- Review final episodic video for narrative flow, pacing, and visual consistency
- Write clear, timestamp-specific correction notes for video editors
- Check subtitle placement, audio sync, transitions,



and visual glitches before delivery
- Mentor junior artists and QC reviewers on standards and process
- Manage multiple shows at once, flag blockers early, coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Balance the pace of micro-drama releases with the quality bar

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in content production, animation, or post-production
- Robust design eye- able to evaluate character, environment, and visual consistency across live-action and animated formats
- Experience writing detailed QC notes with timestamp-level precision
- Solid understanding of production pipelines from pre-production through delivery
- Comfortable managing multiple shows simultaneously
- Familiarity with standard production and editing tools

Bonus points:

- Experience in micro-drama, comic, or animation production
- Hands-on use of AI production tools (generative art, workflow automation, asset generation)
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
