: M/s Tarun Electricals is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our Jaipur office and handle commercial, technical and documentation activities primarily related to Airports Authority of India Civil Projects.

Location : Ambition Tower, Subhash Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302001

Role : Full-Time | Office-Based

Key Responsibilities :

- Civil Billing & RA Bill preparation for AAI projects
- Estimation evaluation and cost analysis
- BOQ preparation and scrutiny
- AOR (Analysis of Rates) preparation/review
- Detailed drawing analysis and quantity interpretation
- Review of tender documents, BOQs and specifications
- Coordination and participation in technical/client meetings
- Preparation of technical submissions and project-related documentation
- Coordination with site and management teams for execution and billing matters

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience exclusively in AAI projects
- Solid knowledge of AAI Civil Works
- Excellent command of MORTH, CPWD & DSR specifications
- Strong understanding of Civil BOQ, Estimation & Rate Analysis
- Strong knowledge of quantity measurement and billing
