Position Overview:
We are hiring an Senior Catalog Specialist (Amazon) to take full ownership of Rigle’s Amazon catalog ecosystem across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for ex-Amazon professionals or experienced Amazon operators who deeply understand how Amazon’s catalog, compliance, and internal systems truly work — not just from the seller side, but from a platform and policy perspective.
You will be the final owner of catalog accuracy, structure, compliance, and optimization. This is not a support or execution-only role — it requires strong judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to resolve complex catalog issues at scale.
This is a full time & remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Catalog Ownership & Architecture
- Own and manage Rigle’s full Amazon catalog across multiple brands, categories, and ASINs.
- Design and maintain clean, scalable catalog structures including variations, parent/child relationships, bundles, and virtual bundles.
- Ensure catalog integrity across attributes, browse nodes, category requirements, and backend data.
- Launch and maintain new listings using best-in-class Amazon standards (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes).
- Work with flat files and advanced catalog tools when necessary.
- Own listing images, infographics, and lifestyle content in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
- Build, manage,
and optimize A+ Content (Basic & Premium) with a focus on conversion and compliance.
- Create, maintain, and evolve Amazon Brand Stores aligned with brand and merchandising strategy.
- Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Proactively monitor and resolve catalog issues including suppressed listings, stranded ASINs, variation errors, attribute conflicts, and duplicate listings.
- Lead catalog-related case management and escalations with Amazon Seller Support.
- Apply deep knowledge of Amazon policies, category rules, and Brand Registry to prevent recurring issues.
- Act as the internal expert on catalog compliance and platform changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal teams (brand managers, marketing, operations, procurement) to support launches, promotions, and ongoing optimizations.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on catalog best practices across brands.
- Document catalog standards, SOPs, and best practices to support scalability.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central catalog management.
- Ex-Amazon experience strongly preferred (Catalog, Seller Support, Retail, Vendor Central, or related teams).
- Deep understanding of Amazon catalog systems, policies, and internal logic.
- Proven experience resolving complex catalog issues at scale.
- Strong familiarity with flat files, variation logic, Brand Registry tools, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
