? We’re Hiring: Senior Career Counsellor | Vijayawada

We are looking for an experienced Senior Career Counsellor to manage candidate counselling, engagement and end-to-end enrolment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-to-one counselling with candidates and parents
- Understand candidate profiles, aspirations and career goals
- Guide candidates on overseas career opportunities and language training programs
- Handle queries, objections, follow-ups and conversions
- Manage candidates from counselling through enrolment and further coordination
- Maintain CRM updates, candidate records, documentation and reports
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and management

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in Career Counselling, Overseas Education, Admissions, Recruitment, Inside Sales,



Tele-sales or related customer-facing roles .

Skills Required:

Robust counselling, communication, persuasion, negotiation and candidate-handling abilities, along with working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, Google Workspace, email and digital documentation tools .

? Location: Mayuri Tech Park, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? Working Days: Monday – Saturday
