We're looking for a Senior CAD Automation Engineer who is passionate about engineering software development, CAD customization, and enterprise automation. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges using Creo, NX, and PLM technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain CAD automation solutions using PTC Creo PRO/TOOLKIT
- Build custom engineering applications using Siemens NXOpen APIs, UFUNC, and NX Block Styler
- Automate CAD model creation, drawing generation, assemblies, validation, metadata extraction, and engineering workflows
- Customize NX user interfaces, menus, toolbars, and engineering workflows
- Design reusable automation frameworks and engineering utilities across multiple CAD platforms
- Integrate CAD applications with PTC Windchill and enterprise PLM/PDM systems
- Develop Java-based Windchill customizations and integrations
- Improve engineering productivity through scalable automation and validation frameworks
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing CAD automation applications
- Collaborate with global engineering, product development, and enterprise IT teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills

Mandatory

- 5+ years of experience in CAD Automation or Engineering Software Development
- Robust expertise in PTC Creo Parametric & Creo PRO/TOOLKIT
- Hands-on experience with Siemens NXOpen APIs and UFUNC
- Strong programming skills in C++
- Experience developing applications using C#
- Experience with Java for Windchill customization/integration




- Experience integrating CAD applications with Windchill and/or Teamcenter
- Knowledge of CAD-PDM synchronization, metadata management, and engineering workflows
- Experience with Visual Studio, debugging, Object-Oriented Programming, Git, SDLC, and Agile development

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of CAD Automation or PLM Engineering experience
- Experience with:
- Teamcenter ITK / BMIDE
- Creo J-Link or VB API
- NX Simulation / Simcenter
- CAD migration and conversion projects
- Enterprise automation framework development
- Digital Thread, Digital Twin, or Model-Based Engineering initiatives
- Experience working with global engineering organizations
