Role Description The Senior Software Engineer role is a full time, hybrid position based in the Pune District, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for CAD-BIM, 3D visualization, and cloud-based applications in the AEC and Manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing robust back-end services and APIs,



and optimizing system performance and reliability.

The Senior Software

Engineer will collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. The role also includes researching new tools and frameworks, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring high quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience working through the design, development, and release cycle, delivering software products to market.
- A proven record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual contributor, team leader, and/or development lead.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

- Deep hands-on C++ development experience in a large-scale application development environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python, with experience in exposing C++ code to scripting environments for application development and client customization.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
