About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong EPC domain experience, particularly across engineering workflows, to support dashboard and analytics initiatives. The role involves working closely with engineering stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable dashboard and analytics solutions. This is a Work from Office position at the client office.

The role focuses on understanding engineering, project controls, and operations requirements and translating them into functional specifications for dashboard and analytics development.

The Business

Analyst will work across business and technical teams to ensure requirements, KPIs, and dashboard outputs are clearly defined and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

You will support the complete dashboard delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, dashboard validation, UAT, and stakeholder walkthroughs. The role also requires a good understanding of data structures, KPIs, measures, dimensions, and calculations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, project controls, and operations teams to understand EPC requirements and KPIs.
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for engineering dashboards and analytics.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, KPI definitions, and dashboard mockups.
- Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and technical teams.
- Support dashboard development, validation, UAT, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Ensure dashboards meet requirements for accuracy, usability,



and performance.
- Understand technical concepts, data structures, and analytics requirements.
- Support delivery teams in translating business needs into effective analytics solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong Business Analysis experience, preferably in data and dashboard-driven programs.
- EPC domain experience with a strong understanding of engineering workflows and metrics.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and data structures.
- Working knowledge of BI dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Good understanding of KPIs, measures, dimensions, and calculations.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Preferred / Good To Have

- Experience with engineering or project dashboards.
- Exposure to contemporary data and analytics platforms.
- Experience working as part of a technical delivery team.
- Power BI.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience with strong exposure to EPC and engineering domains. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with engineering stakeholders, understanding analytics requirements, and collaborating with technical teams throughout dashboard delivery and validation.
