We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in marketing support, sales support, and sales operations, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Zoominfo or similar platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and marketing teams to drive growth optimize operational efficiency, and nurture high quality leads through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, research, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, proficient in marketing automation tools such as Pardot
- Solid research skills using platforms like Zoominfo and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
