? We're Hiring | Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

New York Technology Partners (NYTP) is looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 12+ years of US IT staffing experience who can take ownership of consultant marketing, build strong vendor relationships, drive placements, and contribute to overall team performance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and market consultants on bench across various US IT technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Identify suitable requirements and generate quality submissions.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and placement opportunities.
- Handle the complete bench sales lifecycle from marketing through placement.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and internal teams to maximize placement opportunities.
- Track submissions, interviews, closures, and consultant performance.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to improve consultant visibility and placement ratios.
- Maintain strong knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC , and other US work authorization types.
- Share market insights, vendor intelligence, and effective sales strategies with the team.

? What We're Looking For




- 12+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing.
- Solid understanding of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
- Established relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully marketing consultants and generating placements.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the overall team.
