We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior AutoCAD Rebar Draftsman to join our growing Structural Engineering team.

If you have strong experience in Rebar Detailing, AutoCAD, RebarCAD and CADS RC, and are confident in handling structural reinforcement drawings for international projects, we would love to hear from you.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Rebar Detailing / Structural Drafting
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Hands-on experience in RebarCAD and CADS RC
- Strong knowledge of Reinforcement / Rebar Detailing
- Ability to interpret Structural, Architectural and Engineering drawings
- Experience in preparing Rebar Detailing Drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), GA Drawings and Shop Drawings
- Good knowledge of reinforcement detailing, bar placement, laps, anchorage, hooks and construction standards
- Experience working with Australian / UK / International Standards is highly preferred
- Ability to check and review drawings for accuracy and constructability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently handle projects and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Rebar Detailing Drawings using AutoCAD, RebarCAD and CADS RC




- Develop reinforcement drawings for Civil & Structural projects
- Prepare GA, Rebar, Shop and Fabrication-related drawings
- Prepare and coordinate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Review structural drawings and identify detailing requirements
- Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments and project changes
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Modelers and Project Teams
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable Australian, UK or International Standards
- Perform drawing checking and maintain high-quality detailing standards
- Support project documentation and drawing submissions
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately within project schedules
- Guide and support junior draftsmen when required
