Senior Associate | IP Practice

Eshwars, Advocates | Bengaluru / Chennai

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our IP Prosecution practice, with a focus on Trademarks, Copyright and Designs.

This is a substantive, client-facing role for someone ready to move beyond task execution and take end-to-end ownership of matters.

What you will work on:

- Indian and international trademark prosecution, including Madrid filings
- Copyright and design prosecution
- Trademark and design searches and registrability advice
- Office actions, hearings and provisional refusals
- IP audits and portfolio strategy
- Post-registration matters and IP recordals
- Client coordination and matter management
- Supervision and mentoring of junior team members

What we are looking for:

- LL.B. from a recognised law school




- 3–5 years of relevant IP prosecution experience
- Robust experience in Indian trademark, copyright and design practice
- Exposure to international trademark matters, particularly the Madrid system
- Strong drafting, research and client communication skills
- Ability to independently manage matters and supervise junior lawyers
