Role Description As a Senior Asp.Net Core Developer at TrueBnk Fintech Private Limited, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power core fintech products. You will work on building secure, high-performance applications using Asp.Net Core, integrating with databases, third-party services, and internal systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting production issues.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while following best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in technical discussions, sprint planning, and release cycles.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Asp.Net Core and C#, including experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Core.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, including layered architecture, dependency injection, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of security best practices for fintech applications, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze requirements, estimate work, and deliver features in an agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug complex issues in distributed systems.
- Effective communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
