Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our real estate team and lead architectural design and execution across multiple residential, commercial, high-rise, villa, township, and mixed-use projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept design through construction completion, coordinating with consultants and project teams, ensuring design quality, resolving site-related technical issues, and delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design, planning, concept development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Façade, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, designs, specifications, materials, and construction details.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained during execution.
- Conduct design reviews and provide practical solutions for design and construction-related issues.
- Support value engineering, material selection, cost optimization, and design improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, development regulations, statutory approvals, and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, design quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior architects and architectural staff.
- Identify and resolve architectural issues arising during construction.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals,



and project-related communications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in architectural design, planning, construction documentation, and site execution.
- Proven experience handling multiple real estate projects such as residential, commercial, high-rise, villas, townships, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building materials, architectural standards, and construction practices.
- Good understanding of statutory approvals, building bye-laws, local development regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong consultant coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in design review, value engineering, material selection, and resolving site technical issues.
- Strong project planning, leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines.

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- Knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering – Preferred / Added Advantage
- Candidates possessing both B.Arch and B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to real estate architecture and project execution, with the ability to independently manage architectural deliverables, coordinate multiple consultants, lead architectural teams, and work closely with site/project teams from design development through completion. Salary: ₹4-10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
