About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Architect with 4–5 years of experience to take on real ownership within our studio - not just executing drawings, but driving projects through design development, coordination, and delivery. You'll work closely with our principals and project teams across a wide range of large-scale, high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of architectural design concepts, master plans, and detailed design proposals across diverse project typologies.
- Prepare and oversee 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build.
- Review site conditions and drawings to ensure accuracy and buildability.




- Guide design presentations and project documentation for internal and client review.
- Manage timelines and ensure drawings and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Mentor junior architects and support them through design and documentation workflows.

What We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, ideally across large-scale or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Working knowledge of Revit/BIM and Rhino is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Someone committed to their role and diligent in their work, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to guide and support junior team members.

Qualification

B.Arch or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
