Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion, including planning, detailing, and overseeing execution on site. This full-time, on-site role in Dehradun involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Senior

Architect will guide junior team members, manage project timelines and resources, and participate in design reviews and stakeholder meetings. The role also includes monitoring construction progress, resolving design-related issues,



and maintaining high standards of quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural design and structural, MEP, and other building systems.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development principles as they relate to design tools, BIM, and digital workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other design visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, especially within Dehradun and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work in office, manage site visits, and coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.
