Where Youll Make a Difference

- Own critical Inventory and Cost Accounting processes that directly impact financial accuracy and business performance.
- Ensure seamless month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across global operations.
- Drive inventory transparency, costing accuracy, and financial compliance through robust controls and reconciliations.
- Partner with global finance, manufacturing, and business teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Qualified CMA or MBA (Finance) with 3+ years of experience in Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, or R2R.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and inventory-related processes.




- Knowledge of account reconciliations, inventory controls, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic setting with strict month-end deadlines.

How Would You Stand Out

- Experience with BlackLine and advanced reconciliation processes.
- Exposure to SAP CO-PCA and manufacturing cost structures.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements, standardization, and automation projects.
- Strong expertise in inventory reconciliations, inventory movement analysis, and costing activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
