About Position:

The Application Developer IV will support AI initiatives and contribute as a key developer in establishing an AI foundation. What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and enhance software applications that support AI initiatives and foundational AI capabilities.
- Work as a key contributor in establishing and improving the AI foundation for the platform or program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions.
- Build reliable, maintainable, and scalable application components aligned with software engineering standards.
- Support integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7-10 years of relevant application development or software engineering experience.
- Solid background in software development and solution implementation.
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, use cases, and implementation patterns.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives or foundational platform capabilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and convert requirements into clear technical deliverables.
