Internal Role Title: Senior Agentic Harness Engineer

MindVora Solution is looking for an experienced engineer to help build a production-grade, governed and AWS-native AI-DLC Agent Harness.

? Location: Mumbai strongly preferred; Bangalore may be considered

? Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from office initially

? Shift: Day shift

? Budget: ₹20–30 LPA

⚡ Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days

? Experience: 3–5+ years in software/platform engineering with meaningful Agentic AI or LLM-orchestration experience

About the Role

The engineer will build an agentic platform that automates the software delivery lifecycle—from JIRA-triggered requirements through design, coding, review, testing and human approval.

Key Responsibilities

- Build end-to-end agentic workflows across design, coding, review and testing
- Implement multi-model routing, retries and provider fallback mechanisms
- Manage token costs, context windows and per-agent execution budgets
- Develop circuit breakers, guardrails, kill switches and audit trails
- Implement human-in-the-loop approval workflows
- Establish observability, monitoring and alerting using Langfuse, Datadog or equivalent tools
- Address prompt-injection risks and mitigation
- Integrate agent actions, decisions and approvals with JIRA
- Document, demonstrate and hand over solutions to the engineering team
- Contribute actively to architecture and technical design decisions

Must-Have Experience:

✅ Production experience building and deploying Agentic AI or LLM-orchestration systems





✅ LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent orchestration frameworks

✅ Multi-model routing, retry and fallback architecture

✅ Agent governance, safety guardrails and auditability

✅ Token-cost and context-window management at production scale

✅ Robust Python and AWS engineering experience

✅ Observability for agentic or distributed systems

✅ JIRA, Atlassian APIs or similar system-of-record integrations

✅ Ability to explain production architecture, implementation decisions and technical trade-offs

Preferred Skills

- AWS Bedrock or Bedrock AgentCore
- Temporal or LiteLLM-style model gateways
- Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Skills or Cursor
- Self-hosted or open-weight models such as DeepSeek or GLM
- Financial-services or regulated-industry experience

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

⚠️ This position is not suitable for junior candidates or applicants with only tutorial-level or personal-project experience. Candidates must have built and deployed comparable Agentic AI systems in production.
