About the RoleAditya School of Business Management (ASBM), Mumbai is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admissions Officer to drive student admissions through effective counselling, outreach initiatives, institutional networking and channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have prior admissions experience with a reputed Business School, Management Institute or Higher Education Institution and demonstrate a strong ability to engage, influence and counsel prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete admissions cycle from enquiry and counselling to application and enrolment.
- Counsel prospective students and parents and effectively communicate ASBM's programmes and value proposition.
- Drive admission targets through structured follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, education consultants and referral partners.
- Build connections with undergraduate colleges, coaching institutes, entrance-exam preparation centres and other student networks.
- Plan and execute college outreach, seminars, webinars, education fairs, exhibitions and counselling activities.
- Conduct presentations and student engagement sessions at colleges and external events.
- Track lead sources, conversion ratios, outreach performance and channel-partner productivity.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion.




- Regularly report admission performance and pipeline status to management.

Essential Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, education counselling or education sales.
- Preference for candidates with experience in a reputed Business School/Management Institute.
- Experience in MBA/PGDM admissions will be an added advantage.
