Role Description:
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admissions lifecycle.
Day-to-day tasks include engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, explaining program options, admission requirements, tuition, and timelines in a clear and supportive manner.
The role involves assessing applicants’ educational and career goals, recommending suitable programs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely application completion and enrollment.
The Senior Admissions Counselor will collaborate with internal teams and university partners, maintain accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and contribute to outreach activities, presentations, and information sessions.
This role also includes mentoring junior counselors, meeting enrollment targets,
and upholding ethical and transparent counseling practices aligned with BS Eduworld’s mission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively counsel diverse learners and build trust.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, learner-focused support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining ethical and student-centric guidance.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education systems and academic pathways, preferably with exposure to international or online higher education.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, data entry accuracy, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace skills are beneficial.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, academic advising, or education sales is highly preferred, especially in online or international education environments.
