Admission Counsellor – UG/PG Counselling : Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses, admissions, eligibility, and career options . Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals and suggest suitable programs. Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and student queries related to admissions.

Explain course details, fee structure, admission process, and required documents. Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process . Maintain student records and update admission status in CRM/MIS.

Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets . Coordinate with the academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding. Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate preferred. 0–3 years of experience in education counselling/admissions preferred. Positive communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with UG/PG counselling and admission processes . Target-oriented and confident in handling students/parents.
