? Position: Senior Accountant

? Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

? Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Handle PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances independently
- Maintain books of accounts, invoices, vendor payments, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, including receivables, payables, cash flow, expenses, project-wise costing, and profitability
- Prepare budgets and conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis
- Monitor project expenses, contractor payments, work orders, and site-wise accounts
- Coordinate with the CA for monthly compliances, returns, and audits




- Support internal and statutory audit processes
- Provide timely financial reports and actionable insights to management

✅ Requirements:

- Minimum 5–6 years of accounting experience
- Solid Excel and MIS reporting skills
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software
- Good understanding of PF/ESI, GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Experience in the construction, solar, service, or manpower supply industry preferred
- Understanding of project accounting, contractor billing, and site-wise cost tracking preferred
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
