Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with solid knowledge of accounting, GST compliance, taxation, and specifically RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism). The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST-related activities, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage GST compliance and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions.
- Calculate and account for RCM liabilities and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST reconciliation.
- Pass accounting entries related to GST, RCM, TDS, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculation, accounting, and compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism).
- Good understanding of GST and GST return filing.
- Hands-on experience with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
- Knowledge of TDS and taxation.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally Prime / ERP accounting software preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Candidates who have practical hands-on experience with RCM will be preferred.
- Candidates from accounting, taxation, CA firms, manufacturing, trading, or service organizations can apply.

Industry: Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in accounting

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
