We are looking for a customer-oriented and well-communicative individual to join our team as a Semi-Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions through a combination of voice calls, chats, and emails while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls, chats, and emails.

Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within the given guidelines.

Maintain proper records and update customer information in the system.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.





Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

Ensure timely and accurate responses across all communication channels.

Requirements & Skills:

Good communication skills are mandatory.

Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Good typing and email-writing skills.

Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
