Security Supervisor – XSIO Industrial Parks

Reporting To: Park Head

Job Purpose:To supervise and manage the overall security operations of the industrial park, ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, infrastructure, vehicles, and park premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment across gates, warehouses, common areas, and critical locations.
- Prepare and manage security rosters, shifts, attendance, and leave planning.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper maintenance of visitor registers, gate passes, material movement records, and security documentation.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the industrial park premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Handle emergency situations including theft, fire, accidents, unauthorized access, and other incidents.
- Coordinate with local police, fire authorities, emergency services, and other relevant agencies whenever required.
- Conduct regular security briefings and training for guards on SOPs, emergency response, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with the company's security policies and site-specific SOPs.
- Investigate and prepare incident reports for theft, damage, misconduct, or security violations.
- Ensure security equipment, access control systems,



CCTV cameras, and other security infrastructure are functioning properly.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, punctuality, and performance standards within the security team.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate preferred; relevant security or defence background will be an advantage.
- 3–8 years of experience in security operations, preferably in industrial parks, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial premises.
- Experience in supervising a team of security personnel.
- Retired personnel from Defence, Police, CISF, CRPF, or other security forces may be preferred.
