Role Description The Security Professional will play a key role in protecting Sigma Max AI Solutions’ people, assets, systems, and data at the Pune City office. This full-time on-site position involves monitoring and managing physical security controls, overseeing access to facilities, and ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. The role includes assessing risks to information systems, supporting cybersecurity and network security measures, and collaborating with technology teams to maintain secure environments for AI solutions and client data.

Daily responsibilities also include incident response, reporting security events,



conducting security audits, and recommending improvements based on emerging threats and best practices.

Qualified will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Information Security skills for safeguarding systems, data, and AI solutions.
- Candidates should possess practical Physical Security skills for managing access control, surveillance, and facility safety.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Security skills for protecting network infrastructure and monitoring suspicious activity.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for incident reporting, documentation, and collaboration with teams.
- Experience with security frameworks, standards, or regulations (such as ISO 27001, NIST, or data protection laws) is beneficial.
- Prior work experience in corporate or technology security environments, preferably in AI or IT-driven organizations, is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent) and a degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to analyze risks, respond to incidents calmly, and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct in all security activities.
