Published: about 11 hours ago An exciting opportunity for experienced credit professionals with 10+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Research, Leveraged Finance, and Portfolio Monitoring. The role offers an opportunity to work with global teams on High Yield and Leveraged Finance portfolios, covering credit assessment, financial modelling, ratings, and ongoing credit risk monitoring.

Location: Mumbai

Your Future Employer: A leading global analytics and financial services organization offering a high-impact platform to work on complex credit risk, research, and financial analytics assignments with global clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed credit risk analysis of High Yield and Leveraged Finance portfolio companies, assessing business, financial, and credit strengths and weaknesses.
2. Prepare comprehensive credit assessment reports and financial models covering financial performance, capital structure, valuations, and projections of up to seven years.
3. Determine and recommend credit ratings based on internal rating frameworks, and present quarterly credit reviews and rating changes to relevant committees.
4. Monitor assigned sectors and portfolios, review credit agreements, and recommend appropriate protective clauses and risk mitigants.
5. Partner with onshore analysts and clients, proactively enhance client engagement, and mentor/train junior team members.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of relevant experience in Credit Risk, Credit Research, Leveraged Finance, Credit Analysis, or Portfolio Monitoring.
2. Strong expertise in financial modelling, credit assessment, credit risk monitoring, and deal/surveillance analysis.
3. Positive understanding of High Yield, Leveraged Lending, SNC, and leveraged lending guidelines,



with exposure to credit review and challenge processes.
4. MBA, CA, or Master's degree preferred; CFA certification will be an added advantage.
5. Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
