Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Team Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position is responsible for leading the SEO team, defining optimization strategies, and ensuring execution across multiple client accounts. Daily tasks include performing in-depth keyword research, overseeing on-page optimization, managing link-building initiatives, and coordinating with content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.

The role involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, interpreting data,



and preparing actionable insights and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

The Team

Lead will also mentor team members, establish best practices, and contribute to process improvements and innovation in SEO delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to plan and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in Link Building techniques to develop sustainable, high-quality backlink profiles.
- Experience with Web Analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and derive data-driven insights.
- Solid Marketing knowledge to integrate SEO with content, brand, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading SEO projects or teams within an agency or similar environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with major SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, including prioritization and deadline management across multiple clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
