Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to Urbanrise’s digital properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page and technical elements, managing link-building initiatives, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader campaigns.

The SEO Manager will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports,



and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance search rankings and user engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page optimization recommendations.
- Strong skills in Keyword Research for identifying opportunities, mapping keywords to content, and shaping SEO strategy.
- Experience in ethical Link Building practices, including outreach, partnerships, and authority-building tactics.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking performance and generating insights.
- Understanding of digital Marketing principles and how SEO integrates with paid campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven experience in managing SEO for websites, ideally within real estate or related industries.
- Knowledge of HTML, site architecture, and technical SEO best practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
