Job OverviewRewind Production is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO coordination, reporting, and client communication. The candidate must have at least five years of hands-on SEO experience and be confident using Semrush, Google SEO platforms, and AI tools to improve research, execution, and productivity.

This is a remote role for candidates based in India. The selected candidate must be comfortable attending online meetings with UAE and international clients, presenting results, and explaining SEO strategies in clear, professional English.

On-Page SEO Responsibilities· Conduct complete on-page and technical SEO audits for client websites.

· Perform keyword research, search-intent analysis, and keyword mapping using Semrush and other reliable tools.

· Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, body content, and image alt text.

· Improve website structure, navigation, internal linking and crawl paths.

· Identify keyword cannibalization, thin content, duplicate content and content-gap issues.

· Prepare detailed SEO content briefs for service pages, landing pages and blogs.

· Review and improve existing content for relevance, readability, search intent and conversion potential.

· Implement and validate structured data and schema markup where relevant.

· Monitor crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page-speed issues.

· Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement approved SEO recommendations.

Off-Page SEO Responsibilities· Develop and execute sustainable, quality-first backlink strategies.

· Research and qualify relevant websites, publishers, directories, and industry resources.

· Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify referring-domain gaps.

· Manage guest-post outreach, contextual placements, broken-link building, resource-page outreach and link reclamation.

· Build relevant local and industry citations for UAE, GCC and international campaigns where appropriate.

· Monitor new, lost,



and potentially harmful backlinks.

· Maintain a natural anchor-text profile and avoid risky or manipulative link-building practices.

· Maintain accurate prospecting, outreach, placement and backlink-tracking records.

· Evaluate opportunities using topical relevance, organic traffic, authority, editorial quality, and spam signals.

Semrush Responsibilities· Set up and manage Semrush projects for multiple client websites.

· Run Site Audit reports, prioritize issues and track resolution progress.

· Use Keyword Magic Tool, Keyword Gap and Position Tracking for research and monitoring.

· Analyse competitors' organic keywords, content performance, and backlink profiles.

· Use Backlink Analytics, Backlink Audit, and Link Building tools effectively.

· Prepare clear monthly reports covering visibility, rankings, traffic, links, and completed actions.

AI Tool Responsibilities· Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, content briefs, clustering, data interpretation, and workflow support.

· Create effective prompts for keyword analysis, content planning, competitor research, and outreach personalization.

· Use AI to improve efficiency without relying on unverified or low-quality automated output.

· Review, edit, and fact-check all AI-generated recommendations before implementation.

· Protect confidential client information and follow responsible AI-use practices.

Client Meetings & Communication· Attend scheduled online meetings with UAE and international clients.

· Understand client objectives, target audiences, priorities, and commercial goals.

· Present SEO strategies, monthly results, challenges and next steps clearly.

· Explain technical SEO topics in simple, client-friendly language.





· Answer client questions confidently and provide evidence-based recommendations.

· Prepare meeting notes, action points and follow-up updates.

· Coordinate professionally with content writers, developers, designers and account managers.

· Remain available for scheduled meetings that may follow UAE business hours.

Required Skills & Experience· Minimum five years of proven, hands-on SEO experience.

· Strong practical knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals.

· Advanced working knowledge of Semrush.

· Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.

· Practical experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools for professional SEO workflows.

· Experience managing keyword research, content optimization, backlinks, and reporting across multiple projects.

· Good understanding of WordPress and SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.

· Solid written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing meetings.

· Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects and deadlines.

· Experience working with UAE, GCC, or international clients is preferred.
