About Artfluence Living Artfluence Living is a bespoke home décor brand creating custom sculptures, textured artworks, sculptural furniture, and statement pieces for residential and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a Sculpture & Production Technician who can turn creative concepts and references into high-quality physical products while maintaining consistency, finishing quality, and timelines.

Role Overview You will be responsible for the hands-on manufacturing and finishing of custom sculptures and décor pieces.

This is a practical, workshop-based role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with materials, tools, moulds, casting, fabrication, and finishing—not just someone with an artistic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute sculptures, décor pieces, and sculptural furniture based on designs, references, and instructions.
- Work with materials such as FRP/fiberglass, RMC/GFRC, plaster, resin, and related materials.
- Handle mould making, casting, fabrication, reinforcement, sanding, and finishing.
- Create accurate forms, textures, surfaces, and detailing as required.
- Prepare and finish surfaces for painting, coating, resin, or other final finishes.
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues during production.
- Maintain consistency in dimensions, shape, finish, and quality across pieces.
- Complete assigned pieces within agreed timelines.
- Maintain tools, materials, and the workshop in an organised condition.
- Minimise material wastage and unnecessary rework.
- Follow production processes and quality standards established by Artfluence Living.
- Work closely with the founder/design team to convert concepts into finished physical products.





Who We're Looking For You would be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of:

- FRP/fiberglass fabrication
- Sculpture fabrication
- Sculpture making
- GFRC/GRC work
- Decorative concrete/RMC products
- Mould making
- Resin casting
- Architectural fabrication
- Decorative furniture manufacturing
- Model making
- Custom product fabrication

Relevant hands-on experience is more important than formal education.

- Experience with FRP moulds and fiberglass

- Experience making large-scale sculptures
- Experience with resin and surface finishes
- Experience with custom furniture/decor products
- Basic understanding of structural reinforcement
- Previous experience in a custom/bespoke production environment

What This Role Is NOT This is not a purely artistic role.

We need someone who can take a reference/design and actually build the product physically, correctly, repeatedly, and on time.

Creativity is a plus, but execution, craftsmanship, reliability, and technical understanding are the priorities.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a reference and think:

“I know how to make this.” You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty, working with materials, solving fabrication problems, and taking a piece from an initial structure all the way to a finished, presentable product.

Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will go through:

1. Initial interview
2. Portfolio/work sample review
3. Practical fabrication test
4. Final discussion

The practical test will be given more importance than a conventional interview.
