You will be responsible for creating a high-performing Agile environment, facilitating effective collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.

The Scrum

Master will act as a Leader, Agile Coach, and Delivery Facilitator, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, Program Managers, and business stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in managing multiple teams, cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and stakeholder expectations. Roles &

Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and PI Planning where applicable. -Act as a Servant Leader and Agile coach for development, testing, system engineering, and other cross-functional teams. -Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, Program Managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and delivery. -Identify, track, and remove team and cross-team impediments. -Drive sprint and release planning, ensuring commitments are realistic and aligned with capacity.



-Monitor and report Sprint Velocity, Burndown/Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, and other Agile metrics. -Facilitate dependency management across multiple teams and projects. -Support teams in maintaining a healthy and prioritized Product Backlog. -Identify delivery risks, escalate critical issues, and drive mitigation plans. -Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile maturity assessments. -Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and engineering best practices. -Support conflict resolution and encourage effective collaboration within and across teams. -Work with management to provide project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery forecasts. -Drive Agile adoption and process improvements across the organization. -Support SAFe/Scaled Agile practices, including PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and Inspect & Adapt sessions, where applicable. -Ensure Agile processes are aligned with organizational quality and compliance requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: -8 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments. -Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. -Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. -Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. -Strong experience in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Daily Scrum. -Experience with JIRA, Confluence,



Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. -Strong knowledge of Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, and Throughput. -Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. -Experience handling risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery escalations. -Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles. -Ability to understand technical discussions, identify delivery risks, and facilitate resolution between development, testing, architecture, and system teams. -Experience with Agile dashboards, reporting, KPI tracking, and delivery analytics. -Ability to mentor and drive Agile process and engineering improvements across teams. -Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. -Proactive problem solver with strong ownership and accountability. -Strong coaching and mentoring mindset. -Ability to influence without authority and build high-performing teams. -Strong risk, dependency, and priority management skills. -Data-driven approach to delivery and continuous improvement. -Adaptable to fast-paced, cross-functional, and distributed teams. -Strong focus on quality, transparency, and predictable delivery.

Additional Information: -Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. -Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred. -Relevant Agile/SAFe certifications will be an added advantage.
