Job Responsibility

Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing industrial processes, manufacturing plants, utility grids (water, power, and oil), or infrastructure systems from a centralized control room.

To perform effectively, an operator must possess a blend of technical expertise, operational knowledge and critical soft skills.

1) Core technical skill and knowledge:-

- Scada &HMI; software proficiency:- Deep familiarity with human-machine interface (HMI) systems and scada software platforms.
- Industrial control system (ICS) and PLC:- understanding programmable logic controllers, remote terminal units, and how filed devices communicate with the control room.
- Network & IT basics:- knowledge of basic IT networking, serial to ethernet conversions, and standard communication protocols (Such as modbus, DNP3, TCP/IP)
- Reading schematic & diagrams:- ability to read and interpret electrical one - line diagrams, P&IDs; and logic flowcharts.




- Alarm management:- ability to prioritize, analyze, and respond to hundreds of system alarms, filtering out 'noise' to identify real system faults.

2) Operational & Analytical abilities:-

- Troubleshooting & problem solving
- Process monitoring & system evaluation
- Emergency response execution
- Regulatory & safety compliance

3) Typical Qualifications & background:-

- Education: High school diploma accompanied by a technical diploma, or associate/bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation.
- Experience: prior hands-on experience in a control room setting, manufacturing plant, water treatment facility, or electrical power utility is frequently required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
