We are looking for an experienced VIM – OpenText Functional Consultant with solid expertise in SAP VIM, AMS/Production Support, Invoice Processing and Approval Workflow.

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage the complete VIM Invoice Lifecycle
- Invoice Capture / Inbound
- Invoice Registration
- OCR / Data Extraction
- Invoice Validation
- Exception Handling
- Invoice Approval
- Analyze and resolve VIM incidents, service requests and problem tickets
- Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes
- Handle critical and high-priority production issues
- Provide functional support for DP, Invoice Processing, Non-PO, Credit Memo and Down Payment

? Workflow & Approval




- Configure and troubleshoot VIM Approval Workflows
- Maintain Approval Matrix / Approver Determination
- Analyze workflow failures and stuck documents
- Support workflow-related change requests
