Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant with strong expertise in Recruitment Management (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Candidate Experience, and Talent Acquisition processes .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors recruiting solutions while working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruitment Marketing (RMK) .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable recruitment solutions.
- Configure job requisitions, candidate application workflows, interview processes, offer management, and onboarding integrations.
- Manage Career Sites, Candidate Experience, Talent Communities, and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Design and maintain recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage top talent.
- Configure and optimize:
- Recruiting workflows
- Candidate pipelines
- Job requisitions
- Offer approval processes
- Candidate communication templates
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and effectiveness.
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and external job boards, career portals, and third-party recruiting tools .
- Develop recruitment reports,



dashboards, and analytics.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support .
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and data privacy requirements.
- Provide end-user training and prepare process documentation.

- 7+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting .
- Strong implementation and configuration experience in RCM and RMK .
- Good understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, conducting UAT, resolving defects, and providing production support.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
