Role & responsibilities :

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Specialist (Open)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant at Specialist Level having Minimum 3 years-10 years of experience with strong expertise in Employee Central ( core ) , Time Off ,Time Tracking, People Analytis and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the comp process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. AMS Support / Production Support

- Hands on with EC Core, Time Off and IAS/IPS AMS support
- To support during US Time Zone 5.00 PM IST 2:00 AM IST
- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC and Time Certification

1. Testing & Deployment

- Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
- Work with QA teams and customer testers to ensure solution quality.
- Support cutover planning, template deployment, and go-live activities.

1. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Collaborate closely with HR business teams, Employee Central SMEs, HRIS teams, and global process owners.




- Serve as a functional advisor to customers on best practices for Employee Central.
- Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide recommendations.

1. Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure implementation and support activities comply with client security and audit requirements.
- Provide user training, quick reference guides, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

- Having 5-7 yrs years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Off and having IAS/IPS skill
- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC and Time Certification

Soft Skills
- Solid analytical and problemsolving ability.
- Excellent communication and customerfacing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and cycles simultaneously.
- Proactive, detailoriented, and able to work independently.

Required Education

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

Preferred candidate profile candidate should have certified in EC and more other modules
