Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors onboarding (SF-ONB) based on business requirements.
- Support onboarding process setup within SAP SuccessFactors, including onboarding workflows and related configuration.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate onboarding requirements and ensure correct system behavior.
- Assist with testing and go-live readiness for onboarding configurations.
- Provide consultant-level support during onboarding solution rollout and post go-live stabilization.
Skills Required:
- 6 - 8 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Onboarding configuration in SAP SuccessFactors
- HR onboarding process understanding
- Implementation experience with SuccessFactors onboarding (SF-ONB)
