SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant with strong knowledge of Employee Central Time Off configuration and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Time Off solutions, supporting testing, data migration, and working with business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure Time Types, Time Profiles, Time Account Types, Time Accounts, and Accrual Rules.
- Configure leave policies including annual leave, sick leave, casual leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave, and other absence types.
- Configure Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules.
- Configure accruals, carry-forward, forfeiture, proration, and leave balance rules.
- Configure Business Rules and Workflows for Time Off processes.
- Support employee and manager self-service Time Off processes.
- Perform data migration and validation of existing leave balances.
- Support integration requirements between Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll.
- Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Analyze and resolve configuration and functional issues.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other implementation teams.
- Prepare functional documentation,



configuration workbooks, and user guides.
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
- Good understanding of Time Off implementation and configuration.

- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional implementation teams.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Time Off implementations.
- Experience working on global or multi-country leave policies.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll integration.
- Experience with production support and enhancement projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is preferred.

Experience 3–8 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central Time Off implementation and configuration.
