Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Valuable to have skills : NA Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Role Purpose Lead Offshore delivery for a Complex Global Pharma SAP S/4 Transformation & Deployment Program across EMEA and APAC. The role is accountable for driving integrated planning, execution, governance, deployment readiness, cutover support and Hypercare, while partnering with regional deployment leads and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure predictable, high-quality release outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end offshore delivery leadership across concurrent/parallel deployment releases. Drive integrated release planning, milestone tracking and cross-tower dependency management. Ensure deployment readiness across Functional, Technical, Testing, Data, Integration, Security and Infrastructure workstreams.

Lead offshore governance, risk, issue and executive status reporting. Coordinate cutover planning, deployment execution and Hypercare support. Champion AI-enabled delivery by leveraging automation, predictive insights,



intelligent reporting and GenAI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, quality and decision-making.

Partner with client regional deployment leads, business stakeholders and Accenture leadership to resolve risks and drive timely decisions. Monitor delivery health, resource capacity and release progress to ensure successful execution. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future deployment waves.

Experience Proven leadership in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment programs. Strong program and release management with the ability to orchestrate multiple cross-functional workstreams. Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and influencing skills across client and delivery leadership. Strong governance, planning, risk management and decision-making capabilities.

Experience leading geographically distributed global delivery teams across multiple time zones. Knowledge of deployment planning, cutover, Hypercare and release governance. Passion for innovation with experience leveraging AI, automation and digital tools to improve delivery outcomes. Ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
