Role: SAP QM Consultant

Location: TCS – Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Quality Management (QM) processes in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
- Implement and enhance Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
- Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Support master data setup, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality certificates.
- Execute system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.




- Provide user training and documentation for QM business processes.

Required Skills
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM implementations and support projects.
- Expertise in QM integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP EWM and Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and Embedded Analytics.
- SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
