Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning and proven experience in S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably within the process/manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate should have robust functional expertise in Production Planning, Demand Management, Manufacturing Execution, Capacity Management, data migration, system integration and end-to-end business processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, guide customers on SAP best practices, lead workshops, prepare functional documentation and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA PP implementation and transformation projects.
- Should have successfully worked on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with significant PP involvement.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PP solutions.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and business process workshops with customers.
- Advise customers on SAP best practices and provide appropriate solution recommendations.
- Handle end-to-end Production Planning processes including:
- Production Planning
- Demand Management
- Material Requirements Planning
- Capacity Planning
- Manufacturing Execution
- Shop Floor Planning
- Production Orders
- Work on integration with other SAP modules including MM/Logistics, FI/CO, QM, Supply Chain and Batch Management.
- Work on MES integration and integration with third-party applications.
- Participate in large-scale transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA.




- Handle PP master data and object migration activities in S/4HANA.
- Prepare high-quality functional and solution documentation such as:
- Business Process Documents (BPD)
- Functional Specifications (FS)
- Process design documents
- Requirement specifications
- Coordinate with technical teams on ABAP, Fiori, interfaces and integration requirements.
- Provide hands-on support during configuration, testing, defect resolution and deployment.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for key business users.
- Mentor junior consultants and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities as required.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep hands-on SAP PP expertise rather than only support experience. They should be comfortable interacting directly with customers, conducting workshops, challenging requirements where appropriate, recommending SAP best practices and taking ownership of PP solution delivery. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
