As a SAP PMO - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate recent ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive plans
- Allocating resources effectively to support seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to validate successful delivery
- Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve program milestones
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency
- Implementing continuous process improvement methodologies to enhance project outcomes
- Leveraging tools like Microsoft Project and Jira Software for efficient project tracking and reporting
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to drive project success
- Developing business cases and managing project budgets to support financial objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
