Role Description This is a contract, on-site SAP IBP OBP role based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain and planning requirements, designing and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Order-Based Planning (OBP), and aligning solutions with business processes. The SAP IBP OBP professional will manage and optimize master data, analyze planning results, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure accurate and effective planning cycles.

Daily responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, supporting testing and deployment activities, and providing user training and post-go-live support.



The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure integrated and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map requirements to SAP IBP OBP solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting planning data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO for integration considerations between planning and financial processes.
- Expertise in Master Data management, including setup, maintenance, and governance within SAP environments.
- Relevant experience with SAP IBP (preferably OBP) implementations or support in supply chain or planning domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP IBP are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.
